Photography Lessons
Private and group lessons for photo-enthusiasts of all ages, skill levels, and camera-types who want to expand on their photography skills. Private lessons are best for individuals who are looking for one-on-one instruction outside the classroom environment. With every lesson student will learn new skills, take on new challenges, and work to improve both technically and artistically.
Who can participate? Private tutoring is available for ages 11 and up.
Adult group classes are taught through the Living Arts and Science Center (LASC) in Lexington, KY. Visit http://www.lasclex.org/ to check out their current class offerings.
How much does it cost? Individual private lessons are $70 for a 2 hour session. Session packages are are also available in 3 or 6-session increments at a discounted rate. Group lessons and class prices are determined and scheduled by the LASC.
What is included in a private lesson? Each lesson is 1-2 hours in length and can be held at various Central KY locations. Maggie will work with each student to get the most out of your digital camera and focus on achieving their photography goals.
Instructor Qualifications: All private lessons are taught by Maggie Rogers of MaggieMay Designs. Maggie is a professional designer, teacher and photographer in central Kentucky. Maggie has taught art, science and photography classes to adults, high school students, and kids. Her range of experience in working with students of all ages allows her to anticipate and adapt quickly to the needs of each client.
